CloverLeaf Animal Welfare Systems wants everyone to be able to use cloverleafaws.com, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

What we have done

  • Text alternatives for meaningful images.
  • Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator and a “Skip to main content” link.
  • Text and buttons with sufficient color contrast.
  • Form fields with labels and clear error messages.
  • Pages in English, Spanish and Portuguese, each marked with its language.
  • Reduced animation for visitors whose device asks for less motion.

Ongoing work

We review the site with automated tools and manual checks, and we keep improving it. If something is not yet accessible, we want to know so we can fix it.
